Shipping Worldwide.

Orders going to Croatian addresses are usually delivered within 2-4 days from the day of dispatch. Delivery times for EU countries are within 3 – 10 working days and within 10-35 working days for the rest of the world after sending (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded). Due to a COVID-19 outbreak, you may experience shipping delays (for all domestic & international orders). I kindly ask for patience. Thank you.

We ship international orders using Croatian National Post (Hrvatske pošte) or DPD depending on size and weight.

Duties & Taxes
Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the CROATIA or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

 

Returns

I want you to be 100% HAPPY and try my best to reflect the item's true appearance however they all are handmade and in case the variation you receive for whatever reason is not to your liking I will accept the item back.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized orders items can't be returned or exchanged.

All items will be wrapped very well in paper, bubble folium and styrofoam before going into a box, to avoid damage from rough handling, and most of the time the pottery arrives safe and sound to the receiver. 

If something still should arrive broken or damaged, please let me know latest 7 days after receiving and I will take care to send you a replacement as soon as possible, or eventual give you a refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping is not refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
